The urn:schemas:contacts: namespace contains a set of business and personal information management fields accessible in the Fields collection for the Person object.

The examples for phone numbers use "1" to show the example's structure: "111 111 1111". However, for the governmentid field, an "X" is used where a number would be: XXX-XX-XXXX.
