The http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/smtpenvelope/ namespace defines a scope for message transport envelope fields. These fields are only available for messages passed to SMTP OnArrival transport event sinks implemented using CDO. These fields are contained in the object's IMessage.EnvelopeFields collection.
