Mounting a volume is a two-step process. First, call GetVolumeNameForVolumeMountPoint with the DOS drive letter of the volume you want to mount. Then, use the returned unique volume name and the directory where you want to mount the volume in a call to SetVolumeMountPoint. See Mounting a Volume at a Mount Point.
