Creates an Active Document that can be hosted in an Active Document container such as Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Remarks
The ActiveDoc object allows programmatic access to events that occur when an Active Document is hosted, and provides access to the properties for the Active Document. It can also be used as the base class for an application from which a stand-alone .APP or .EXE is created.
