A frameset divides a page into independent scrollable regions that can each contain a separate web page. Authors can load documents into framesets by using a “TARGET” attribute that can be attached to most kinds of links. Authors can also choose among several frameset templates when creating new pages.
Note: Frameset templates are stored in C:\Program Files\Microsoft FrontPage\Frames.
