On the File menu, click New, and then click HTML File.
Type a title for the file.
Add text, tags, or other items to the file.

The title should be no longer than 60 characters so it can easily appear in a history list, hotlist file, or bookmark list, or be used in an index. It should also be descriptive. Some authors use the table of contents entry for the title.
To change the title of a file, click the Tags menu, and then click Title.
To add a hidden comment to a file, click the Tags menu, and then click Comment.
You can use any authoring tool to create HTML files as long as you create standard version 3.2 HTML source code.
