Interoperability with Other Microsoft Server Products

Web telephony provides interoperability with other Microsoft Windows NT®/Windows® 2000 server products. It can access Internet Information Services (IIS) using the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) to render HTML scripts over the phone. With just a few conditional tags, data available to an intranet or Internet site can be sent over the phone from a single source. Note that because of design differences between the telephony user interface (TUI) and an Internet browser's interface, the data navigation path through the TUI may differ from the data navigation path through the browser UI. However, large blocks of data can be single sourced in this way.
