Text Areas

A text area is a multiline entry field created by using the TEXTAREA element. You can use a text area in a WTE application to DTMF digits or spoken input from the caller. A text area is especially useful for recording a spoken message from the caller. For more information, see Getting Input from the Caller and Getting Spoken Input from the Caller.
