AccessNoRemoteScript

When set to TRUE, this file permission property prohibits a script file from being executed by remote clients. If AccessExecute or AccessScript is set to TRUE, the script file can be executed by the Web server. AccessNoRemoteScript is one of the access permission flags contained in the AccessFlags property.
