When set to TRUE, this property indicates that Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) file permission processing will map a client certificate to a Windows account. The AccessSSLNegotiateCert property must also be set to TRUE for the mapping to occur. AccessSSLMapCert is one of the SSL file permission flags contained in the AccessSSLFlags property.
