Scott Boggan is co-author of the award-winning
Developing Online Help for Windows and the forthcoming HTML Help: A Design &
Strategy Guide (O'Reilly & Associates). He is a popular speaker at numerous
conferences and also teaches through the University of Washington. He recently
founded HelpCraft, a consulting and training company.
Scott's first hypertext project was documenting a DOS TSR program, and after that experience he fairly swooned over WinHelp when he began working with it in 1990. Once upon a time Scott was part of the Seattle grunge music scene, and he still finds time to play guitar (sans amplification).
