The following Microsoft Agent Character Download Buttons are provided to you by Microsoft for the sole purpose of providing access for downloading a specific character that Microsoft supplies for Microsoft Agent. Your use of these Microsoft Agent Character Download Buttons is subject to the following guidelines.

You may only display a Microsoft Agent Character Download Button for a specific character on your Web site, and not in any other manner. It must also be an active link to either the download link on the Microsoft Agent Web site or, if you have a valid Microsoft Agent Distribution License Agreement, it can be an active link to the server where your provide the character.
You may only use the images (GIFs) show below. You may not alter the button in any manner, including adding words or elements to the button's image; altering its size , proportions, colors, elements, or any other properties; or animating, morphing, or otherwise distorting its perspective or appearance.
If Microsoft should modify these buttons or discontinue the use of these buttons, you agree to update your site promptly.
You may not display the button in any manner that suggests that your product is a Microsoft product, or in any manner that suggests that Microsoft, or any of the characters are a part of your product name.
The button must appear by itself, with a minimum spacing (the height of the button) between each side of the button and other graphic or text elements on your page.
The button, or any element thereof, may not be used as a design feature in any materials.

You are only authorized to use the Microsoft Agent Character Download Buttons for a Web site that uses validly licensed copies of Microsoft Agent. The characters represented by the Microsoft Agent Character Download Buttons are a component of Microsoft Agent and your use of such characters is subject to the Microsoft Agent End User License Agreement. If you do not have a valid license for Microsoft Agent, you are not authorized to use the Microsoft Agent Character Download Buttons for the respective characters. Use of the Microsoft Agent Character Buttons does not convey to you any additional rights to use the Microsoft Agent Characters or Microsoft Agent other than those described here.
