The samples below are zipped, downloadable files. Each sample includes a Readme.txt file with further instructions for building and running the sample. The instructions assume that you are using Microsoft® Visual Basic® (version 5.0 or higher), Microsoft Visual C++® (version 5.0 or higher), or Microsoft Visual J++, as appropriate.
