Microsoft Script Debugger for Internet Explorer

Microsoft® Script Debugger for Internet Explorer 4.0 is a debugging environment that extends Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 and Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) by allowing Web developers to browse, edit, and debug .htm and .asp pages that contain Visual Basic Scripting Edition (VBScript) or JScript (compatible with ECMA 262 language specification). The Script Debugger also gives developers the ability to open and edit HTML pages. The Script Debugger supports script colorization for maximum readability.

The Script Debugger and accompanying documentation is available for download at http://msdn.microsoft.com/scripting/ Non-MSDN link.
