Is Data Binding Installed?

This sample checks to see if the Microsoft® Internet Explorer's Dynamic HTML Data Binding component is installed, and if it isn't, calls the addComponentRequest and doComponentRequest methods of the CLIENTCAPS behavior to install the component.
