SYMPTOMS
When the POST method is used from an HTML form to upload large amounts of
data, your server may intermittently generate a "HTTP/1.1 500 Server
Error" on the browser when SSL and NTLM are both enabled on the server
connection. This error only occurs if the Web site is configured to use
SSL and has NTLM authentication required for the connection. This problem
has been reproduced using ASP pages and with custom ISAPI DLLs.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Windows NT 4.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. For additional information, please see the following article in the
