After you upgrade from Microsoft Internet Information Server 3.0 to Microsoft Internet Information Server 4.0, the Performance Monitor object HTTP Service is no longer present.

MORE INFORMATION

The counters previously available under the object HTTP Service are now included in the object Web Service.
