FrontPage Stops Responding When Sending a File Greater Than 1MB Across Proxy Server

SYMPTOMS

Microsoft FrontPage Server may stop responding when it sends a large file, greater than 1 MB in size, across Microsoft Proxy Server.

WORKAROUND

Clicking the Cancel button halts the operation and returns control to FrontPage Server.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article.
