SUMMARY
Microsoft Message Queue Server (MSMQ) does not implement any broadcast or
multicast services. That is, you cannot send a single message that will be
placed in multiple queues on a MSMQ-connected network or MSMQ enterprise.
MORE INFORMATION
Currently, to have copies of a message sent to multiple queues, an
application needs to either place the message directly in the inbound queue
of the destination client, or the clients must read the message from a
central distribution queue.
