SYMPTOMSWhen it is fetching an FTP file without a file name extension, Proxy Server 2.0 does not separate the HTTP headers from the data with a blank line as it should. Because of this, the browser cannot determine where the header ends and truncates the data until it finds two carriage return/line feeds (CR/LFs) in the data stream. The two CR/LFs are interpreted as the end of the headers. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain and install Microsoft Proxy Server 2.0 Service Pack 1 (SP1).
