However it was not included in the released product. Microsoft BackOffice Small Business Server can not route incoming faxes to individual Exchange mailboxes whether a special modem is used or not.Since this feature was not included with Small Business Server, the Send via e-mail option is not present on the Receive tab, as the manual states.
