Small Business Server Service Pack 1 Documentation Error

• Microsoft BackOffice Small Business Server version 4.0

SUMMARY

The BackOffice Small Business Server Service Pack 1 that is included with the June 1998 TechNet update does not contain instructions for applying the service pack. This service pack should be used to update BackOffice Small Business Server from version 4.0 which uses Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 to version 4.0a which includes Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0. There should be document entitled Update.doc on the root of Disc 1 of the service pack but it did not get included on the CD.
