SYMPTOMSAfter you create a Mail Merge in Microsoft Word 97 for Windows and you merge to Electronic Fax, which uses the Small Business Server Faxing client 1.0, the following error message may appear in your Inbox:
CAUSEThis error occurs when "Send document as an attachment" is chosen in Word 97 for Windows. RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, use the following steps to merge the document
without the "Send document as an attachment" option:
