SBS: Fax Client User Info Is Not Complete

SYMPTOMS

Fax Client User Info is not completely filled out with the client setup disks. Only the user's logon ID/mailbox name and fax number are populated.

STATUS

This behavior is by design.

MORE INFORMATION

Even though user information for the company (such as title, company, department, office, assistant, and phone), address information (such as address, city, state, ZIP, and country), and communication information (such as business, home, fax, assistant, mobile, and pager phone numbers) are requested, this information is not used to populate the fax client information.
