SYMPTOMSWhen you configure the Telephony service to log on to the domain/Administrator account and you restart your computer, Remote Access Service (RAS) may not start. RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, apply the Telephony API (TAPI) 2.1 driver set to the computer.
