Crystal Reports for Web Server May Not Work

Microsoft BackOffice Small Business Server versions 4.0, 4.0a

SYMPTOMS

When your BackOffice Small Business Server-based computer has Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) installed, Crystal Reports for your Web server may not work.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because IIS is in National Center for Supercomputing Applications (NCSA) logging mode.

RESOLUTION

To work around this problem, select another logging type for IIS.
