Area Code Rules Do Not Work in Far East Versions of Small Business Server

The area code rule on the Dialing tab that allows you to define which 3-digit phone prefixes require you to dial the area code first only works in the US and Canadian versions of Small Business Server.

This area code rule is available, but not used in Far East versions of Small Business Server.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Far East versions of Small Business Server.
