SYMPTOMSWhen you try to rename a team workspace group and then quit Microsoft Outlook 2000, you may receive the following error message: Also, when you try to remove a team workspace group from the Outlook bar, the following error message may be displayed:
CAUSEThis problem occurs because Outlook 2000 does not have the appropriate rights to modify or delete team workspace objects maintained by the Team Productivity Update (TPU) data base. RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem, hide the workspace group:
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Microsoft products listed at the beginning of this article. MORE INFORMATIONTeam workspace groups cannot be deleted or renamed from the Outlook bar in Outlook 2000. If you need to rename any Outlook bar team workspace groups, you must delete and then recreate the appropriate team workspace group names at the Microsoft BackOffice server. Additional query words:
