SYMPTOMSWhen you create a Team Workspace, you may receive the following error message: This error message is displayed when you select a Team Workspace program if you added a Windows NT group to the Owner or Member list when you created the Team Workspace. This error message is also displayed on a client or server when you use either the Team Productivity Update (TPU) Start Page, or the TPU Management console. CAUSEWhen you create a Team Folder Application, the Owner/Member list is compared to the Microsoft Exchange Server recipients. TPU Setup performs a mailbox lookup for each user that exists within this group. If the group contains a large number of users, the error message may be displayed. The number of users required to cause this error message may vary, depending on network conditions. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, do not specify Windows NT groups in the Owner or Member lists. You cannot select multiple users at one time when you create a Team Workspace from a client computer. Instead, use the TPU Management console to create a Team Workspace if you need to select multiple users at one time.
