TPU: Add Button Is Unavailable When Adding a Team Workspace Program

SYMPTOMS

When you click a program you want to add to a Team Productivity Update (TPU) Workspace, the Add button may be unavailable. If you click Add after clicking a program, the Application Rename dialog box may appear with a suggested friendly name. If you then click Cancel, the program may still be selected, but the Add button may remain unavailable. Note that this problem only occurs in the HTML-based TPU Start page from either the client or the server. Also, this problem does not occur if the TPU Management Console is used from the server.


RESOLUTION

To work around this problem and enable the Add button, click another program, and then click your previously selected program.


STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in the Team Productivity Update for BackOffice Server 4.5.
