SYMPTOMSWhen you cancel a nonexistent replication in the Microsoft Content Replication System (CRS) Webadmin, an access violation occurs. CAUSEIf you have stopped a replication and have not refreshed the page, the CRS Webadmin shows the replication is still running. At that point, you will receive an access Violation error message when you try to cancel the replication for the second time. The cancel replication code does not check the state of a replication before attempting to cancel it. STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Commercial
Internet System version 1.0 and Microsoft Site Server version 2.0.
