Users of Interse MarketFocus and Microsoft Usage Analyst may see files named Interse*.ldb (where * is a number) in the directory that holds the analysis database.

This file is used to identify locked records when using the Access version of the specified products. They are temporary files and typically deleted when the application closes. If the system is terminated abnormally, it is possible that these files will not be removed.

If the analysis module is not currently active, it is safe to remove these files. They should not be removed if operations are currently in progress.
