SYMPTOMSAnalysis.exe may hang if you run a Usage Analyst batch job using Windows NT Scheduler. When you generate batch files to automate reports and then schedule the reports to run under the Windows NT Scheduler service, the reports fail to complete. The system hangs at 100 percent CPU usage. This problem occurs only if you log off from the server. This happens even if the Windows NT Scheduler service is set to log in as System. RESOLUTIONTo work around this problem, use the Crtl, Alt, Delete key combination and then select Lock Workstation. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Site Server version 2.0.
