SYMPTOMSWhen you run a report that includes a Month="xx/xx/xx" parent filter with a Level 1 Directory = /sampledir current filter, a 0xc0000005 (access denied) access violation occurs. CAUSEA sort routine was not properly handling a 0-length collection properly. With the new fix, it exits right away if the collection count is 0. STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Site Server version 3.0.
This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft Site Server version 3.0
