To pull content using Content Retrieval, an additional slash ( / ) at the end of the RootUrl is required.

The following is a list of the complete requirements to pull content using Content Retrieval:

Specify Proxy Server if you are within a firewall.
Specify username and password if you are accessing a secured site.
Example username: MyDomain\MyName.
Put an additional "/" at the end of the URL.
