Cannot Change Property When Catalog Is Disabled

SYMPTOMS

The following error appears when you try to change the Search catalog property:

Class doesn't support Automation (Error: 430)

CAUSE

The catalog is disabled.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Site Server version 3.0.
