SYMPTOMSWhen you select the Store open visits for next import option when importing, the fields are not parsed correctly from open visits records. CAUSEThe fields from the open visits records in the cache logs are comma-delimited. If a comma is placed in any of the data in the fields, the parser is thrown off and you receive invalid data in the parsed fields. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Site Server 3.0. For additional information, please see the following article in the
