ID: Q236121

The information in this article applies to:
  • Microsoft Site Server version 3.0
  • Microsoft Site Server version 3.0, Commerce Edition

SYMPTOMS

After you set Usage Import to adjust log times during import, the changes are not reflected when reports are run.

CAUSE

The filter

(Date = "dd/mm/yy")
must be set in the report for time adjustments to be reflected in the report.

RESOLUTION

The import times are actually being modified in the database during the import. This can be verified by following this procedure:

  1. Open Usage Import.

  2. Click View.

  3. Click Import History Manager.

  4. Observe that the Request Times for start or end have been modified.

To add the filter, follow these steps:
  1. Open Report Writer.

  2. Open or create a new report.

  3. Right-click either the Root or the Measurement required. Choosing the Root will affect all child measurements.

  4. Click Properties.

  5. Click in the drop-down list box marked Dimension.

  6. Scroll down and select Date.

  7. A valid import date will automatically appear in the box. Choosing the drop-down list box will show other valid dates. (The value can also be typed in manually.)

  8. Click OK to close the dialog box.

  9. Save the report.

  10. Run the report
