Usage Analysis Report Returns Percentages Exceeding 100%

SYMPTOMS

The calculation for Top Pages uses a measure of % of Total; it can return a value that is greater than 100 percent.

CAUSE

This is caused by an optimization error in the code, which can possibly cause incorrect results to be returned.

RESOLUTION

After you install the fix, clear the calculation cache by performing the following steps:

1. Start Report Writer.



2. On the Tools menu, click Options.



3. On the Calculation tab, click Clear Cache Now.
