XML Envelope of the AddHeader Component Is Not Y2K Compliant

SYMPTOMS

The UTCDATETIME tag, which is generated by the AddHeader component in the envelope of the CIP/CIPM message, is in the format of mm/dd/yy.

CAUSE

The UTCDATETIME tag is not Y2K compliant.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Site Server 3.0. For additional information, please see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

This problem was first corrected in Site Server 3.0 Service Pack 3.
