SYMPTOMSWhen you refresh a container in the Microsoft Management Console (MMC), the following error message may occur if the SQL Server computer has been recently restarted:
CAUSEA reconnect only occurs to one partition at a time. WORKAROUNDThe container can be refreshed by refreshing once for each partition in the database. For instance, if there are five partitions, then it takes five refreshes to see the objects in the members container. RESOLUTIONA supported fix that corrects this problem is now available from Microsoft, but
it has not been fully regression tested and should be applied only to systems
experiencing this specific problem. If you are not severely affected by this
specific problem, Microsoft recommends that you wait for the next Site Server service pack
