SYMPTOMSHTML Mail Interface (HMI) does not print received messages completely if the received message does not fit in a single screen of the text area. MCIS 2.5 HMI uses text areas instead of simple HTML mail to show received messages. If a user receives an e-mail message that does not fit in a single screen, and the text-area scroll bar is enabled, the user cannot use a single command to print a received message. Instead, the user must print what appears on the screen, scroll the text area forward, print again, and so on, until the end of the message is reached. CAUSEThis problem involves a limitation that results in a failure to print the entire message the first time. A TextArea tag that is used specifies the height set to 20 lines. WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, print the message by selecting 20-line sections of the message, and then performing print commands until the entire message is printed. RESOLUTION
