Support for Site Server on Terminal Server

SUMMARY

The Windows NT Option Pack, which includes Internet Information Server (IIS) 4.0, is not supported on the Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server Edition. Because Site Server requires IIS, Site Server cannot be run on Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server Edition.

Using Window 2000 Terminal Services

There are no known issues when running Site Server 3.0 on Windows 2000 Server using Terminal Services remotely.

NOTE: IIS 5.0 and Terminal Services are both built-in components of Windows 2000 Server, unlike Windows NT 4.0.
