CAUSEThe Application Exception error occurs because the HashRemove() function in SNA Server Admin is trying to remove an uninitialized hash entry when you delete a large number of users. RESOLUTIONSNACFG.DLL has been updated to correct the problem. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft SNA Server versions 2.1, 2.11, and 2.11.sp1. This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft SNA Server 2.11 U.S. Service Pack.
