SYMPTOMSIf a connection is configured for Incoming Calls and is using a Distributed Link Service, the connection will never become active when the remote node calls in. No errors and no events are logged on the SNA Server when this problem occurs. CAUSEThe Remote Link Service checks against the registry value AllowIncoming, which has not been not defined. RESOLUTIONSNA Server 3.0To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for SNA Server version 3.0.
