SYMPTOMSIf the DB2 user doesn't have appropriate authority to create packages in a DB2 collection or if an invalid collection is specified for the Package Collection property and the Crtpkgw.exe utility is used to connect to DB2 (Mainframe) over TCP/IP and create the packages, the utility stops responding (hangs) or causes an access violation.
