SYMPTOMSWhen a range of LUs is inserted into a connection while an existing LU in the connection is highlighted, an Access Violation error may occur and a Dr. Watson Log similar to the following may be generated:
CAUSEThe Access Violation error is caused by the Range Of LUs Wizard using an uninitialized pointer. WORKAROUNDWhen you use the Range of LUs Wizard to insert a range of LUs in a connection, make sure an existing LU in the connection is not highlighted. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in SNA Server 4.0, SNA Server 4.0 Service Pack 1, SNA Server 4.0 Service Pack 2. Additional query words:
