BUG# NT: 670 (4.2) SYMPTOMS
When issuing an RPC from a NT SQL Server to an OS/2 SQL Server with a
mapped trusted account on the remote machine, the execution attempt
fails with the following error:
This happens only if the password for the local account is different from the password on the mapped account on the remote machine. WORKAROUND
As a workaround, change the passwords on both servers to be the same.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft SQL Server version 4.2. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available. Additional query words: calls stored procedure proc Windows NT
