The evaluation version of Microsoft SQL Server version 6.0 is licensed for
a 120-day evaluation only and is limited to 128 user connections. There are
Alpha, Intel, and MIPS versions of this SQL Server available. The ODBC
driver is automatically installed along with the SQL Server.
Then, this warning counts down each day. After the expiration date, an attempt to start the SQL Server generates the following message and fails to start the SQL Service Manager.
You can not install the evaluation version a second time, even if the first one is removed. You can use a regular, released copy of SQL Server version 6.0 to upgrade the evaluation version. Additional query words: sql6 promo eval copy
