BUG# NT: 12870 (4.22) SYMPTOMS
The NSQLPREP precompiler defines 'WIN32' in the *.c file that it generates,
and then when the c file is compiled, gives a warning message:
CAUSEThe *.c file is created with a #define directive without checking to see if the identifier has already been defined. STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Embedded SQL for C Programmer's Toolkit version 4.22.
